2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website miragemusic.ch and to the purchase of tickets for events organised by Mirage Music & Art S.N.C. ("Mirage", "we", "us"). By purchasing a ticket or using this website, you accept these terms.

3. Tickets & Prices

Tickets for our events are sold through our authorised ticketing partner, Ticketino. All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include any applicable taxes and booking fees, which are displayed before you complete your purchase.

A purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an electronic ticket (e-ticket). It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address to receive your ticket.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers (including Stripe and TWINT). Mirage does not store your full payment card details. By completing a payment you also accept the applicable terms of the relevant payment provider.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by Mirage, ticket holders will be refunded the face value of their ticket. If an event is postponed, valid tickets will normally be honoured for the rescheduled date. Booking or service fees may be non-refundable.

You may transfer your ticket to another person via the Ticketino platform where the event allows it.

6. Entry Conditions

A valid ticket (digital or printed) and, where required, a valid photo ID are needed for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry in accordance with the conditions communicated for each event (including any minimum age requirement). No right to a refund arises where entry is refused for breach of these conditions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mirage's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for disruptions outside our reasonable control. Attendance at events is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Mirage Music & Art S.N.C. or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.
